With many different editions and variants to fit your specific taste and style, Fluxx is a card game that is never the same twice. The rules are dictated by the cards drawn and how the players choose to play them. The more rules in play, the wilder the game can become. There are expansion packs available to make this game feel fresher after you’ve defeated all of the kittens. This game is highly strategic and

mixed with a lot of kitten cuteness, this game is such a crowd pleaser. It was the most-funded project in Kickstarter history.

Code Names

Code Names is a fun game that is perfect for two but can become a completely different game with four or more. It’s a word game that involves a lot of creativity and a bit of strategic thinking. Imagine you’re a secret agent and the only way to find your fellow agent is by their code name. The trick is you only get a one word clue. Just remember to be careful, there’s an assassin out there.

OrganATTACK!

For the medical nerd in all of us is the game Organ Attack. The object of this game is simple: destroy all of your opponents organs before they can destroy yours. Don’t worry if you’re not a medical professional, this game is super easy to learn and so much fun to play. If you want to destroy your competitors Heart card, just give them the condition known as Love. If you want to get rid of your opponents Eyes card, just give them the condition known as Conjuntivitis. Who knows? You might even learn something after it’s all over.

Do you have what it takes to save the world from raging viruses? In this cooperative game, that’s the question at hand. You must work with your teammate(s) to stop the infections from spreading and ultimately cure and eradicate the virus. You will assume the roles of Medic, Researcher, Scientist and more. There are many spin-offs available of this game as well as expansion packs. It can be a challenging game but the reward of winning together is pure magic.

You’ll like this game if - you want to play cooperatively not competitively, are skilled at working on a team or if you think diseases are yucky and want to save the world.

Ticket to Ride

Do you like to travel by train? In this very popular game, the object is to see who can travel to the most cities in North America in just one week. Using cards and different types of trains, connect your routes and make it across the continent. This game has excellent replayability value, it’s a different game each time you play. The game has shorter rounds with fewer players. It's easy to learn but it will take a lot of strategy to master. Also makes a great game to play with family!

OK Play!

OK Play is a simple tile game at first glance but is more complex than it seems. Be the first to get five tiles in a row. Turn by turn, each player puts down one tile of whichever color they choose. Whoever gets five in a row, wins. Easy right? This game requires blocking, sneaking and thinking ahead. It’s easy to transport. You can pop it into your bag and have it ready to play on your next date night.

You’ll like this game if - you like easy to learn games, you like chess or Connect Four, and if you like an easy to transport game you can play at the bar or in the park.
